Here is the description of Arthur Meighen: Arthur Meighen was a Canadian lawyer and politician who served as Prime Minister from December 1920 to July 1921 and again from June 1926 to September 1926. He was born in Canada's Northwest Territories in 1874 and studied law at McGill University. Meighen was a Conservative Party member who served as Attorney General of Manitoba before entering federal politics. He led the Conservative Party in two elections, but lost both times. Meighen retired from politics in 1931 after losing his seat in the House of Commons.
